11 to 22 Park Quadrant
11 to 22 Park Quadrant is a 6-storey residential development set within the heart of the West End of Glasgow, consisting of 98 luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses. The development completes the outer ring of Charles Wilson’s original 1850’s Park Area masterplan, after the site had remained undeveloped, and the masterplan incomplete, for over 160 years. It consists of 11 repeating cores of accommodation crowned by a dynamic roofscape, with a fully concealed basement residents car park to the rear, set below an impressive south facing landscaped garden deck.

St Peter's
St Peter’s was completed in November 2022 and is located within a densely populated tenemental urban block in the Partick district of Glasgow’s west end. The site is bound by Chancellor Street, Dowanhill Street and White Street with St Peter’s Archdiocese church neighbouring to the west.
St Peter’s school was constructed in 1899 and subsequently extended to include a new south block wing facing Chancellor Street. It was closed in 2013 by Glasgow City Council for modern school premises and the site was purchased by Partick Housing Association with a view to developing 60 modern social housing apartments.
