Sprigg
Sprigg, an ambitious Glasgow based food takeaway business, approached O’DonnellBrown to design their new 43.7m2 restaurant/shop on the ground floor of McLellan Galleries on Sauchiehall Street, in the northwest area of Glasgow city centre.
The commercial unit, formally a hearing healthcare shop with cellular accommodation, was to be reimagined to become a second Glasgow shop for the client. The brief placed significant emphasis on the need to utilise design to further the very particular client ethos.
